the machine turn on and off all the time , but once i press on the on off , the le near the SDcard reader , turn on and off at each 5 second , turn on , then off , then on then off . , dc jack is ok , led is on , i got 3.3 and 5 once i can turn on the machine (meanwhile the cpu is not getting hot . i notice that coils from memry bank try to start as well , 1.8 then '0 , also for PCH the same , any taughts ?

got here the original bios found on the site , and also got here both my dump , any chance of someone split me the original bios ?

techman or dycc bios expert !?!?? gonna put the files on attachment, gonna add here my main bios , like this you know were to cut the original bios frmo the site , to give me both files EC and main

ok, here are files to test

4 files here:

1. 01859.bin > 5.120kb > full file, decompressed only
2. 1-ec-01859.bin > 128kb > should be EC bios
3. 2-main-01859.bin > 4.096kb > should be main bios
4. 3-unknown-01859.bin > 896kb > unknown module, maybe intel ME firmware, donno, can be ignored

sry, i have no hp 650 available to test and confirm it myself...

well not a bios issue , or a KBC issue , machine still with same behavior , i press to turn on , and the flash card led blink once at each 5 seconds . all coils got voltage only when flash card led is ON . something on S5 making it to shutdown ... really not cheking what the fault is

anyone with this schematic ?? i found here a transistor with burned traces , would like to know wich circuit is serving for , to follow first this circuit to make sure there isn't anything damaged.-

1. backup you old bios for DMI data
2. fix new given dump
3. program fixed dump

otherwise it will say that its some other model and serial num

dumped from

"HP Compaq CQ58-384SR

different model but same motherboard
