Good day i am repairing a mecer z140c edu+ that seem to have had its bios flashed when i used my ch341a programmer on the chip it comes back all ff. this is my first time trying to reprogram a bios so i might be doing it wrong so any help would be apricated. please see attached image of the programmer screen.

I havent done this for a long time and want to start it all again, after some evil and annyoing illness.
So I apologize in advance, if some phrases might sound a bit like gibberish or illogical to you.

Im trying my best to fully describe what I plan to achieve and hope I was choosing the right sub-forum for my new adventure.

I have a Elitebook 820 G1 and a Elitebook 840 G2 here.

These ask for a password when entering the BIOS, but boot just fine from the internal SSD.

My pc updated bios through Windows Update and I was greeted with BLACK SCREEN WITH CPU FAN MAX SPEED. I don't think there is even a screen signal, because it triggers my monitor for a couple seconds and then the monitor turns off. I tried the other outputs as well.
1. I tried clearing bios, resetting bios, removed the CMOS battery, removed m.2 ssd, wifi, and ram. Still black screen with CPU fan blasting.
2. I tried using the Lenovo BIOS CD and BIOS USB, but neither worked. At least I couldn't get anything to work.
3. I could only locate two chips that look like bios chips. Could someone verify this

looking for a fully extracted (by programmer) Bios for a Dell Inspiron 17 (7786) v.1.09 or newer, so I can compare it with my own bios to check for corruption.
