Good afternoon, I have this machine and I can't install Sense. When I run the software, the message "This model is not compatible" appears. I've read that this is because the model name in the BIOS says:
PHN16-72-99PA.
It should say:
PREDATOR PHN16-72-99PA
Could someone help me change the model in the BIOS or tell me how to do it?

Good morning, I programmed the file you sent me, and it still has the same name as shown in the photos. Is there a BIOS editor for this model? I really appreciate the response. If it doesn't have the name "Predator", it won't install the "Sense" driver.
