I think I killed either my EC or Bios during an update.
I need both bin files for flashing

(with the model number I found two different models, one with i7 8th gen and one with i7 9. gen, I have the 9. gen (9750H) with a RTX2070 Q-max)

I Just noticed the backup only has 10MB so I do not have a full backup since the chip is 16MB.

you have to full backup your bios with a programmer.
