i am suspecting this could be my corrupted bios.

It's the same content as post # 41 (no DMI) but Initialized ME region, maybe you have another fault, check RAM, SSD, etc.

Works for me on another HP laptop, try on another PC or run the .exe on a virtual machine, those HP .exe also crash on an old PC I have with legacy AMI BIOS (not UEFI)

For older BIOS versions you may get a warning about vulnerable driver amifldrv64.sys if you run it on latest Win11 version, use a Win 10 VM

On systems that do not have a dual-color light, both long and short blinks are white
...
The red light blinks three times, and then two, short white light blinks (3 long red, 2 short white)

This condition indicates a potential memory failure. Reseat the memory module from inside the computer

Check RAM, clean RAM contacts with pencil eraser, also check the RAM slot pins if they're soldered properly
