    Help Macbook Pro A1286 820-2915 blank screen

    Hello friends, I need someone to help me clean ME the bios that I leave attached since the macbook pro a1286 SN: C02FDHXPDFF8V 820-2915 loads the logo and then the screen is left blank, I think it could be bios

      I dont think is a Bios related issue. To me sounds more like a gfx issue. Try to boot in safe mode.
      If boots, is not bios but gfx issue

          Forgot to attach this modded bios in case is a gfx issue, flash this bios and it will disable the faulty gfx card and use integrated intel graphics.

                              I need your help for A1286 Macbok Pro (820-2850-A), I have password EFI on my bios and I can't restore my MacOS,
                              I triyed to read my bios but I didn't find $SVS .
                              My bios is a Microchip component SST25VF032B, If someone could explain it to me that would be great.

                                  post merged..next time look for a thread with the name and model, motherboard model of the laptop, and post there, if you can't find it, then make a new thread..

                                  try this..Change the RAM configuration and reset PRAM three times in a row...

                                              Hello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!

                                              My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.

                                              This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen...

                                              Just had a customer bring in a M2 MBA A2681 that had had a screen replacement in April at another repairer. Since then, she has been getting intermittent kernel panics. It's an aftermarket screen, and of course it fails in diagnostics as the calibration hasn't been done. The error in the panic log is "No device added after powering on the rails".

                                              It seems the original repairer has swapped the board and the screen to other MAC's, and said that it isn't a screen issue. From what I understand, by doing a quick search on Google, this is in fact a screen issue. The panic relates...

                                              Hi everyone, I have this 2011 MacBook Pro 15" model 820-2915-B which has a problem.
                                              I turn it on, the startup sound is heard but the screen doesn't turn on, not even the backlight. The keyboard lights up after a while and the capslock works. If I press any key I can hear sounds as if the system is booting.

                                              I thought it was a screen problem but after changing it the problem remains.

                                              What could I do?

                                              I have a cracked screen and want to fix it. Usually, TrueTone will be gone as long as one does not prune open the screen and exchange only the LCD. I know, it is for the MacBookPro version. Though, I had the hope that it could work similarly for the MacBook Air as well.

                                              Hi all, I’ve got a problem I hope someone can help me fixi.
                                              I have a Panasonic TX-48CX350B tv , it powers up ok but the screen is blank, the backlights are working, there’s nothing else though, no picture or sound. I’m not sure what the fault is called whether it’s BLANK/ BLACK/ or WHITE SCREEN I’ve actually came across this before on a similar tv but just ended up scrapping it, I will upload pictures of the boards etc , if anyone could help me I would really appreciate it...
