Send to you, try, first boot press f10 apply factory defaults and restart. 2nd boot restore security settings to defaults and exit..
      use BCU.

Now he enters the BIOS, but when trying to redefine the security configurations, asks me the password of ADM.

Maybe here look like my case. Many HP 800 G9 mini and 600 G9 mini desktop mini can unlock with go to MPM mode, but some cant. You can use low bios version of other with clean ME to do that, but some you cant take them to MPM mode or go to MPM mode but password still there. I realize the success model with prefix is MXL serial number, and failed with 8CC prefix. If you programing 2 bios chip with other dumped, BIOS password and DMI no changed, Updating process never show too. i think maybe password in NPCD321HA0DX I/O but not sure and have no chance to try. so strange !

Thank you very much for your courtesy, I made flash on the machine and this one as the other friend's file, enters BIOS but does not restore security settings.

The NPCD321HA0DX must be programmed somehow before replacing ?

Please help. The BIOS is locked on startup. If the password cannot be removed, please help me at least start Windows. It asks for the password and won't let me enter the Windows operating system.
                      Here is my BIOS backup.
