try this please..

first boot press f10 apply factory defaults and restart. 2nd boot restore security settings to defaults and exit..
use BCU.

That is the same bios from 2 posts above yours. clrscr has already posted a bios for him to try, but elmansouri has not replied yet. Why are you asking for it unlocking as well ?
