Its under ProSupport warrany until August 11, 2027 . Didn`t you call dell for help, is it your laptop, a custommers, stolen ? .Your backup is only 8MB anyway ,as pointed out by TomWay ,its a bad backup

Its under ProSupport warrany until August 11, 2027 . Didn`t you call dell for help, is it your laptop, a custommers, stolen ? .Your backup is only 8MB anyway ,as pointed out by TomWay ,its a bad backup

It's a customer's laptop, and it's not stolen. And yes, the bios should be 64 MB, but the dump was only 8 MB. I'm not sure if this was due to the IC being 1.8v and my programmer being 3.3v. I did a manual read and save using NeoProgrammer as the IC couldn't be detected automatically by any of my software. I used the ch341a programmer which I have been told isn't great for newer ICs. I have a better programmer ordered the TL866II Plus. Is it possible to flash the IC with a clean bios bin? I have been on holiday hence the delay in replying. Thanks
