It`s quite easy to disable with a hex editor. If you can`t use a hex editor try the script i posted https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...y-bios-patcher

          Just use HP_Factory_Mode_6.mps only.

                Description: HP Probook 445 G10
                Serial Num: 5CD4193BH3
Attatched file is virgin copy of BIOS backup...

So am I correct with the understanding that the same problem/solution that exists with the Probook 445 G10 with a BIOS date more recent then Feb '24 as the problem with the G11?

Is there a solution or could you point me to where i can learn more about how to flash my EC to fix my problem?

I noticed the EC is a 25xx chip, so I assume I can use a CH341a programmer on it as well?

Im working with a 445 G10 with a recent bios update (8/6/2024). Password enabled with absolute peristance as well.. the _6 script worked, with no errors.. so I intend to flash that back to at least turn off the tracker.

Thanks you for any assistance that you may provide!

try this file. After booting enter bios setup and in Security tab check if Absolute is inactive. If it is reinstall windows. You can permanently disable Absolute by using BCU(Bios Configuration utility - google it). Use it under cmd as Admin and use cmdlines:
biosconfigutility /get:1.txt (it will generate 1.txt file. Search for "Absolute" in txt file and you'll find something like "Permanently disable Absolute persistance module set once" and move "*" from No to Yes, save file then use cmdline:
                        biosconfigutility /set:1.txt

I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.

                          Assuming...

                          Post body:

                          Hi all,

I'm working on my Samsung QE65Q9FN (65" Q9FN QLED, European model) with relay clicking and no picture. The power supply board in the display itself is the BN44-00944A, known on the board itself as the 65A board (silk-screened designation). There is also a second board, the 65B, which looks identical but is only partly populated for the LED power.

Symptom: Continuous relay clicking on the one connect — TV will not start up, no picture. However the standby LED is on constantly — so the standby supply rail appears to be alive and the...

                          Hi Folks,

I have a Panasonic TH-P42X10Z Plasma Television (2009-era; New Zealand model).

This set has proven to be extremely reliable throughout its +16-year lifespan. However, late last year, when going to use the TV, I noticed a 9-blink red LED error code on the front of the set after the television failed to turn on. A quick Google search revealed that this indicates a problem with the set’s main A-board.

After opening up the set and giving the board a thorough test with my digital multimeter, I found that one of the integrated circuits on the board...
