It is not working, computer rebooted 2-3 times and displayed the message:
The bios has recovered its identity data from the Embedded Controller due to data mismatch
So still asks for password when entering the bios. Also the CT Number you posted is from the battery, the System Board CT Number is PTLGT00WBJQ0AE, could it be related?

Thanks!

Exact same problem than before, I get a black screen at first boot so F10 does not work. Then it reboots 2 times and displays the message I posted on #3. I have checked CRC32 after flashing to be sure the patched BIOS was written correctly to the chip.

Same problem than with the 2 previous unlocked BIOS. I begin to think that HP has implemented some additional security measure on G11 series so when it detects a modified BIOS automatically restores from the EC. I can't find another HP G11 thread on the forum so I can't know for sure.

Thank you!
why don't you post EC bios so some one will look under backup dump

I can't risk damaging the laptop, I don't even know where the EC is located on this particular model. And because nobody on this forum has still unlocked a G11, there is no guarantee to have this issue solved even if I disassemble the entire laptop and find the chip to extract the EC content.
If there is no alternative I still have to think what I'll do.
Nevertheless, I am very grateful for all the help. Thank you all!
I am wondering if my problem with the BIOS auto recovering its data is related with Sure Start Gen4:
Q: What kind of attacks does HP Sure Start Gen4
protect against?
A: HP Sure Start protects against any unauthorized
changes to the BIOS code or BIOS settings, both for the
boot time code and the runtime code. These capabilities
protect you from a variety of different attacks, including
new BIOS attacks that may arise in the future.
Enhanced HP Firmware Runtime Intrusion Prevention and Detection
Disable *Enable
Sure Start Security Event Boot Notification
Time out after 15 seconds
*Require Acknowledgment
Sure Start Security Event Policy
Log Event Only

Also this laptop has an AMD processor with these features set on the BIOS:
AMD PSP Permanently Update FW Anti Rollback Security Level
*Do Nothing
On Next Boot
AMD PSP FW Anti Rollback Factory Security Level

AMD PSP FW Security Level
4
AMD PSP FW Anti Rollback Security Level

HP Sure Start Gen6+ is able to recover the entire AMD Secure
Processor subsystem using a copy of AMD Secure Processor
firmware stored within the HP Endpoint Security Controller isolated
non-volatile memory with no additional dependencies.
