Inspiron 14 5430 Bios requested

Hello, I have this Inspiron 14 5430 that refuses to start. Computer charges and reacts to pushing of the power button by lighting up the keyboard. It blinks twice rapidly, then after about a 5 sec pause, repeats the same keyboard blinking pattern again.

I checked and all voltages are present including PCH and CPU. Indeed, the CPU warms up pretty quickly. But the computer does not post.

I suspect this could be either BIOS or EC issue. At this point I would like to see if reflashing BIOS will solve the problem.

Could someone, please take a look at provide rebuilt BIOS file? Thanks

There isn't much printed on it. Just Dell DP/N 0M7M65

I reflashed the bios chip, no change. I can test the color pattern on the screen by pressing "D" key and power button at the same time. Colors change on the screen. I think I may have a corrupted EC chip.

Unless, you can have me try another BIOS image.

Hey, I tried powering the machine again and this time the charging light showed 3 ember/1 white blinking pattern, indicating the issue with CMOS battery. I took measurements of the CMOS battery and it was reading 0V. I had the CMOS battery replaced and the computer came back to life just like that. So, I thank you for your effort. Computer works just fine now.
