The computer was giving a bios failure. But when I tried to do a recovery via USB, the recovery did not start. I tried all the bios on HP website one by one with CH41a. Right now the computer shuts itself off after 3 seconds after turning on. Then it turns on again and turns off again. It's in a loop like this right now.

I thought if you could look at the bios file you might be able to solve the problem.

did you try the bios from the post above?

Yes. So I downloaded and extracted the bios from the HP site. I've tried all 3 bios you mentioned, but I'll try bios 087FD again, thanks.
