    HP 15t-dh100 BIOS recovery help needed

    Hi, thank you for taking time to read this.

    I need help with EC firmware files extraction.
    OMEN Laptop - 15t-dh100 CTO
    Product ID: for more specific accurate search
    8VM74AV

    Can you kindly mention files which should be flashed in 16 MB bios chip? and files which should be flashed in 1 mb chips.

    Bios version: F.44 bricked my laptop.
    F.38 or F.39 were last working files.

    5 capslock long blinks 3 short.

    First, when bios updated started from windows update, it broke the laptop. Second, when i tried Win +V key, it gave CMOS reset display then blank screen and fan full speed. Tried Win+B key, worked one time and my dumb mind installed latest bios in USB again and again same error. That Win+B key didn't work again.
    Gave laptop to local repair shop, they removed the bios chip, flashed it, didn't work, but whatever they did, it started giving that capslock error key.
    They mentioned that there were two more small bios chips. They flashed those two also.
    They said that they reversed everything and couldn't fix it and gave it back. Still that capslock error. IT should at least give CMOS reset display if they reversed it but capslock error.
    Can you kindly help with which bios files would work?

      post the S/N, post the original content of the bios chip, the motherboard model, etc.

          Can you guide me a bit on how to do that? since laptop isn't working..so like i should open it manually or something..
          I thought you could manage the files by downloading it from official HP site.
          This is the confirmed working update for me which I remember.
