Lenovo E15 Gen 1 BIOS

I am looking for a BIOS for a Lenovo E15

Type:20RE-SDF05
S/N:PF-2X06VQ
P/N:SL10W47275

It failed to initialize the tpm Module and I read that flashing the BIOS can help but I can`t find a BIOS.
