hp probook 6560b bios

hello everyone
i receive hp pro book 6560b with bios password and Italian languagee

i tried to write bios.but when i download file from support website
extract found 3mb bin file but original bios is 4mb.
plz help me how can i solve this problme

hey there

well is there anyone that can fix my bios , don't find anywere this dump , only in HP , but to fix it , impossible to me . so if anyone can fix it for me , i apreciate . machine does start but no image , reading in some membership forums , usually after bios replacement all good , but they usually have problems of ME regions . well me regions no longer problem for me since i know how to fix , my problem now , is to fix bios itself

eheh nice , spent the time figuring out , and my friend found how to do it easy task and way of how to clean regions , im gonna try today , if it works i will explain it here

Can you explain how to fix ME problem? I have error "ME in recovery state" and can't find a solution. Tried many things, but no luck. ALso, do you have schematic for this laptop?

its a software this is explained courtesy of techman , its a simple softwate that have clean me regions for the principal HM chipset , 55 65 , 76 etc etc , it simple graes your dump and clean the region ,

Can you give a link to his software?

I'm trying to upload the latest bios F61 (sp72496.exe unpacked) for the 8560p,
which supposed to be the same as the 6560b.
But the site will not upload at the moment. I try later if you want it.

Is this the correct file?
Your .bin file is 4096kB and the 68SCF. bin is 3072kB

bios file must be same size of eeprom (this case 4mb)

so yes, its correct file, only serial and model may need to be fixed, but that also can be done if file works
