Serial number is on the memory slot of the computer check attached image.

Best case the starting proceeds to show the BIOS start screen before stopping, it looks like AMI BIOS:

Find the bios chip,make a backup using an SPI programmer. If you can`t do that we can`t help.

However the problem seemed to be defective keyboard instead. Power button shouldn't be in the keyboard itself and was installed separately now and external keyboard must be used instead.
