It is on bottom side, you will need to remove motherboard from device

Its your own bios that should be unlocked,don`t flash the bios from another laptop. Post your backup and the laptop serial number. Don`t erase the chip unless you`re sure your backup is good.

Hello, thanks for your reply, well you see I think I might have a corrupted bios because when I power on the surface pro 9 I get the windows logo comes on twice and then it turns off. I have tested.3v and 5 v are good, what can I look for next, thanks
