Okay, here is your new BIOS, it' a virgin BIOS from Lenovo with your DMI and Windows Key.
Also the vBIOS is there but you have to make it fit to your chip using any hex editor.

Extract the exe from the zip file ,if the laptop is booting from uma just run the exe. If not then extract using the command line. Make a new folder on your C: drive called TDK ,put the exe into that folder ,run the command as Admin

      cd C:\TDK

      legion_y9000p_irx8_rtx4070_vbios_update.exe /ext

The rom file Y780-RPL_GN21-X6_Base55W_Max140W_0010_775_2_gsync__95.06.1E.00.98_PP.rom can be padded out with FF`s to whatever the chip size is using a hex editor. What size is the chip ?

      .
Great, I didn't expect to find a vBIOS on Lenovo website before.
I extracted the rom file easily by running "legion_y9000p_irx8_rtx4070_vbios_update" then get it from %temp% folder.
Most of the time when I found a vBIOS posted online, it's always smaller than the chip size by a few bytes. For an example this one is 2000KB (1F4000h) but I think the chip will be 2048KB (200000h). Also when I compare between the 2 files, I found the extra length in the original dump filled by 00`s, maybe the programmer is doing this by itself.

The keyboard backlight stopped working, after pressing the power button, it lit up for a few seconds, and cyclically went out and lit up. When I flashed your BIOS, the laptop started to start up as before. The keyboard backlight worked, the fans started to spin over time when the cooling heated up. But it doesn't initialize completely. Also, when I tried to find it by the chip marking in the program, I didn't find it. It didn't find the chip automatically, and it didn't find it manually either. I read and flashed it with similar markings. They are both 3 volts.
        I have EZP2023 and HC341.

I have this same laptop and during a Windows Firmware update it got BRICKED. Only thing it does now is the Power Button light comes on and is a white light. Nothing else happens. Have done the power drain and all. I have since found that it might be flash programmed using a CH341A programmer which I have obtained. I see the 2 chips you show in your post but not sure if either or which one is the actual BIOS Chip. Can someone please point me in the right direction. From what I have been reading it should be a chip with WINBOND on it but not finding one on this motherboard. How should I proceed with this? I have downloaded the latest bios file form Lenovo, KWCN50WW.EXE AND HAVE EXTRACETED THE FILES WITHIN. Renamed WinKWCN50WW.fd to KWCN.bin but don't know what chip to flash.

Thanks in Advance for your help.

Backup both of those chips and post them here with your laptop serial number. Don`t try to write anything to those chips yet, let us look at your backups.

Does this still sound like a bios issue or hardware issue? I find 3.3 v around the motherboard.
