in case it is useful to someone, Firmware ITE ITE567X-SB-V0.10,
from the update you will get 1004kb, if you try to write only 1004kb the programmer will erase and write 1004kb and you will get a brick as in my case.

most likely in these 20kb there are some settings, without these 20kb there is no reaction even to charging.

in the hex editor add at the end of the firmware, if you have a dump of 1024kb then just cut off the last 20kb and add at the end of the EC KBC 1004kb.

sry, there seems to be a hidden bios menu on many lenovo laptops. there seem to be a few tricks to make them show up.
