Missed that... Sorry.
Checked the "BIOS guides, methods, resources and tools".
Went to the Dell website to look for the BIOS file. Got an .exe, which I can't use (I'm on Linux)
The chip is a Winbond, 25Q64FVSIQ. Got the .bin file from the IC using the CH341a programmer.
Made two copies of the file, verified both using md5sum command. I attached both files below.
Service Tag for the laptop: 6684L22
Model: Dell Inspiron 14-5448
Board model number: LA-B015P
Problem with the computer: laptop starts, blank screen. Fan spins for a few secs, then stops. Laptop continues working, CPU and GPU get hot. Intermittent single beeping comeing out of the speakers.
