Thanks for trying to be helpful, but the attached bios in your post is NOT OK, contains dirty ME Firmware (already initialized), DMI with different serials etc., and on top of that is corrupted. Try to help only when you're sure you're giving a correct solution.

What did you expect, didn't you read my comment?

About your issue - I don't think the touchpad isn't working because of a bios problem, also there is a mismatch between the model you gave in the description and the one in the dump you uploaded (17-by1xxx vs. 17-by3xxx). Also there is a serial number mismatch. Maybe the back cover was changed or someone before you flashed an incorrect bios.
