    DELL VOSTRO LA-L246P BIOS LOCKED NEED TO UNLOCK

    Hi guys
    i have this laptop with locked bios!


    tried to flash it with some bins i found but with no vail. either no boot up at all or boots to green blue red screens only!
    tried to download latest bios from dell site and exctracted bin files from exe bios but got no boot at all after flashing that


    here is the dumbs for both chips 16 and 8
