i need this bios fixed:

Legion 7 16ithg6
MTM: 82K60039CK
SN: PF36509J

I know CPU/GPU is fine, because from time to time laptop posted and worked no problem while being on.

I tried already 2 bios files from this forum, The laptop is working fine but after a month or 2 it come back again with corrupted bios and I have to program the chip again. I already tried to replace the bios chip.
The last bios i tried was this one it worked for 2 months.
Maybe its wrong bios so I'm asking for advice.

Your equipment must use 2 firmware.

There is no 24MB bios chip..the file needs splitting into 8 + 16MB.

The bios you posted is version H1CN35WW ,is that the original backup you made 2 months ago or the new backup. If it`s the new backup then the customer downgraded the bios.

This is the old bios from 2 months ago (the original), That's as far as I remember. I did not upload the new bios that I used from here. Should I program the EC and The bios? Is it the correct bios?

Hi,

Hope someone can help getting new BIOS files.
Laptop won't boot only showing rainbow keyboard. I got it running a few days ago and managed to get windows re-installed but next day it again didn't boot and no luck since.

bios extracted from Lenovo site update for Legion 7-16ITHg6 Laptop (Lenovo) - Type 82K6
DMI D2000 - D3FFF DMI is in the 16MB bios

Hello everyone,

I need help with my Lenovo Legion laptop BIOS. The situation is the following:

• With the original 16MB BIOS dump the laptop only gives a black screen, there is no initialization.
• If I flash other BIOS versions, the laptop boots, but the NVIDIA GPU shows error 43 in Device Manager and the VRAM is detected as 0 MB.
• I already tried replacing NVRAM, cleaning ME region, and using BIOS from update files — but none of these attempts fixed the issue.

It looks like my original BIOS is corrupted, and the GPU VBIOS/NVRAM part may also be broken.
I would be very grateful if someone could help me restore a working BIOS for this Lenovo Legion.

The VBIOS is on a separate chip, look for a W25Q16JW (1.8V) flash chip near the GPU, labeled UG10, make a copy of it
