    Anyway to remove HP 840 G5 Custom splashscreen

    Hey All, I have loads off hps all with passwords and custom splash screens is there anyway to remove the splash from bios dump well am doing the passwords on them or anyway to remove the custom splash atall

    after you remove password go in Boot Options and uncheck Custom logo

      I would like to remove the splash screen all together so even if it was ticked it would still show the default since its a company logo we can risk it being sold like that

        custom logo is in EFI partition from ssd, if you erase ssd and reinstall windows and uncheck custom logo it should be removed.

        i dont even have a ssd in them so cant be that mate

        done this but the image still shows

      first install this application from hp.
      2 open powershell with admin rights and write this

      1} Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned

      2} PS C:\> Clear-HPFirmwareBootLogo

      Done!

        2nd cmd dont seem to work just spits out red error

        Update : Got it working had to mess around with powershell settings
