some times when we need a bios file we download it from the site but if it is a exe file then how we can extract it to take the bin file.

Go near the file and then right click the file and use open inside

7-zip is best to extract.

If old file eg dell gx250 then run in command prompt with -writeromfile

clean temp, run exe, dont close program goto temp and copy the file. in most cases this works.

There is no single way, depending on the type of bios, there are different ways of decompression.
