does anyone know any place to find proper bios files? very often the official sites of the notebook doesn't give the bios image file to download.

actually i need to know what is the best way to get a bios and how to do it?``

you can download from offical site and then upgrade through running setup

not all brands official site gives bios file to download or find any bios file. very often it is .exe file not .bin or .rom.

i found 2 bios chips in Fujitsu lifebook LH530. what are those used for? i also need the bios file because my laptop having bios password locked.

If the manufacture of the computer does not post bios updates then that is a company that I would not buy from IMO.
