Seen a few corrupt bioses after updates. The Fujisu ones that i have worked on all go completly dead eg no lights, fans etc
Normally you can do a crisis bios recovery with a floopy or usb pen drive if the boot block is not corrupt.
When the boot block becomes corrupt then the laptop is completly dead.

If this is the problem with yours then there is still a solution.
You normally will find the bios chip behind the keyboard inside the Fujitsu laptops. They normally are PLCC32 bios chips which are installed in sockets meaning they can quite easily be removed and replaced.
You will find ebay sellers offering these and they are very cheap. Most of the ebay sellers will also provide the chip programmed. Make sure you provide them with the correct bios version. The chip also needs to go in the correct way. Make sure you no pin 1 which will normally be marked or notched.
Youtube is great if you are unsure.

The second solution is to program the chip yourself or borrow a programmer for this task. If you dont have a programmer than this the expensive route.

I am not 100% sure but faily confident that your bios chip is installed in a socket which means that the chip is easily removed.

Just Checked and the last Fujitsu laptop that i worked on was a Amilo L6825 laptop.

Very sure now that your bios chip is behind the keyboard and within a socket.
You will need to go to youtube and search for replacing the keyboard. This will then teach you how to remove the keyboard. Once the keyboard is removed you may see the bios chip or it will be behind a metal sheild fixed by some screws.

Do research first so you no what a PLCC32 bios chip looks like then you will no what you are looking for.

It can be programed in another laptop with same plcc32 socket, but is risky for that lap top

The shadow RAM method? Not that risky but could be physically tricky to do on a laptop.

It's a good thing many newer ones have serial BIOSes, you can flash those with a few wires and a PC with the correct voltage of parallel port.

I never did that, looks interesting

For that shadow RAM method (didn't know that it is name for it) is only risky to put chip in place without shorting pins in process. I don't want to guess would it burn the chip or motherboard if I do that
