When turned on, the Microsoft logo lights up for 2-3 seconds and turns off, I assume that something is wrong with the BIOS
Please help me view the BIOS, since it is unknown what happened or was done with the device before this
BIOS dump was merged using CH341A

Good evening (or morning) folks. Got a Surface Laptop 3 from Marketplace for dirt cheap (REALLY cheap) because it has a UEFI password lock on it. Seller got it from his office, he doesn’t know the password. I can boot to a Windows-to-go install from USB just fine, and this is how I dumped my bios with FPTW.

I need help with BIOS password removal for Acer Aspire 3 A315-22G laptop.
Device Information:
- Model: Acer Aspire 3 A315-22G
- Motherboard: NB8607G02-MB (Compal LA-J761P)
- BIOS Chip: Winbond W25Q64 (8MB)

Problem:

Hi guys, can anyone help? I have a UEFI locked Surface Book (original version, model 1703) and I need to get into the BIOS settings to enable the camera but password has been lost.
I've been reading the threads regarding Surface Pro 3 and 4 and how they differ in UEFI protection - is the Surface Book more like a Pro 3 (where password can be retrieved from a BIOS dump) or a Pro 4 (where it looks at though flashing a new file is needed). Hi everyone, I bought a Surface Laptop Go 2 but it has a UEFI password lock and Linux encrypted with a password is installed on its disk. I can only access the grub text menu. I think the recovery partition has been deleted. Booting from USB is disabled. Is there any hope or should I send it to a service center to reprogram the bios? Thank you
