i try HP unlocker, RCUnlocker, i try to change value in hex editor devmode,enrollment..... nothing

every time developer mode is disabled on this device by system policy....

every time is locked

i cant recovery new chrome os...at the end thay have some error....

this is original locked bios

now I see, the original file was not read well,it's corrupt

if you can't recovery OS and you got "an unexpected error has occurred ..." message, read this thread:

before doing what is written there write unlocked bios from attachement.

i also experienced that in acer and hp Chromebook with BUILT IN EMMC. the lock would go back once turned on coz the user data is still in EMMC.
unlike in other chromebook with removable storage just remove lock in dev mode in bios block. and clean partition the ssd it works.
best option for you is to clean the emmc first

look for chromebook model, x360 11 G3 EE, and you'll find it as "octopus". I mean, really, you need to be guided letter by letter?
And bios is NOT "just like my original", it has 4 modifications, do you understand that you HAVE TO REINSTALL after writing new bios?

I did everything as you wrote and it works like a Swiss watch

put back original bios and see if it starts. If not it means you didn't read your bios chipset properly.

Thanks, turns out I didn't read the file correctly the first time. I had another backup that turned out to be fine. i made the changes to it and now the chromebook is unlocked.

so good news, next time read chipset 3-4 times and compare results, if you have 2 identicals means you got a good backup.
