Dell Latitude 3520 help with bios build/repair

Hello. Ive got problem with Dell Latitude 3520. After power on, no display and fan goes crazy. Standard job, I exported a clean bios from update via pfs extract.



Steps i done and results:

I exported a clean bios from update file via pfs extract.

1. Build clean bios with clean ME, PMC, PCH in flash image tool.
Result: Dead

2. Build clean bios with no changes in ME, new PMC, PCH
Result: Dead

3. Build old bios with clean ME, new PMC, PCH
Result: The same



Service tag: 96Q9S93


In the attachment i give you original dump. I would be grateful for any tips on building batches in new generations - maybe I don't know something.

Oh ;/. Perhaps the reason is that it is a laptop refurbished by Dell and it has special SN/Tag.

when having this bios, the laptop was not powered on...then I tried two other bios and after that the laptop powered on and reset the CMOS automatically, after that, it displayed white, green, yellow, and blue colours and also nothing was displayed...

I'm building a new bios from the Dell PFS extractor...then I had to update the bios region using the FITC...then I flashed the bios but did not power on this laptop...
please help me to build a new bios....thank you.

This Latitude 3420/3520 computer is so unpredictable. I have a similar situation. Latitude 3520 powers on, fan spins, the cpu warms up but no image to the screen. I have tried many bios files and the best I was able to do is the computer doing the screen test with various colors flashing.

What worked for me was the bin from a Latitude 3420 computer with an i7 processor. I am aware it has a different service tag# embedded into it but try it to see if this works for you. By the way, both computers' bios chip is XMC 25RH256CXIQ
