First boot press F10 reset bios to factory defaults save & Restart, 2nd boot reset security settings to defaults.
search here bios config utility in forum in case you don't know.
Use BCU to fill these DMI INFO

Thank you for your reply, so in order to clear BIOS admin password, I have to:

1. Buy this toolkit
2. Use it to dump BIOS
3. Paste BIOS dump here with laptop information
4. Get the patched BIOS dump
5. Upload back the BIN (don't know how, btw)
6. Use DMI tool to re-input laptop information

Is my understanding correct?

amd ryzen cpu

attached bios backup of ec and main bios

laptop comes on , loads to windows but when i try to shutdown , windows is shutting down and lcd goes off but the cpu fan and in off led remain on wont completely turn off
i have to remove the main battery and remove the adapter to power off then i switch on laptop 10 secs to post then loads to windows but will not shutdown ,
