Thank you for your reply, so in order to clear BIOS admin password, I have to:

1. Buy this toolkit
2. Use it to dump BIOS
3. Paste BIOS dump here with laptop information
4. Get the patched BIOS dump
5. Upload back the BIN (don't know how, btw)
6. Use DMI tool to re-input laptop information

Is my understanding correct?...

How can I extract the .BIN files if the computer's BIOS is locked?
I have HP ProBook 455 G9
