Hi there.

I wired a 32MB(XM25QH256C) chip on a CH341A programmer.I read the bios chip for several times,and get several bin files.When I compare the bios files,the result is "FILE is NOT Identical".

I can patch them and has no error.

Is this normal or something is wrong??

As we know, CH341A is the cheapest programmer but not the best so it has 3 software for programming.

1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save, restart.
2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode.

Do you mean the second part of the service tag? I have no access to the bios or start up screen, but I think 8fc8.

Only power button (fingerprint) lights up, no blinking leds...

I presume that you disconnect the cmos battery before soldering.
pay attention to the small resistance near bios pins..
if you try with your orginal dump your lap power on !!

I did not soldering but used the wson 8 probe adapter as I always do with 5520/5510/5500 etc
