Dell latitude vpro i7 13 the probem is admin password lock I have try lots of bios the problem is same I don't have service tag and I chnge the bios the motherboard is not on and my laptop sticker is not in laptop backside so I don't have service tag help me please

The 25R128jvsn chip is the chip that contains the ME area of the bios (16MB).
You still have a 32MB chip.
