But the modified bios doesn't work.

Please refer to the attached picture of the error message when opening the modified bios file with the me analyzer program.

I need a new bios

The file doesn't give me any errors when I open it using ME Analyzer. I think you need to use newer version of ME Analyzer tool, I attach a newer one that you can use.
