Hi All,
Hoping to get my final issue over the line.
Had to change my dead motherboard out, found the answers to my my other issues here to update the Serial number UUID etc using the LenovoUone tool here but I am still left with the error in the subject line.
when using the tool to update the eprom its seeking a hexadecimal code to update the product name. would anyone happen to know where I can source it?

flashed the bios clean me and updated from the Lenovo site, then removed the switch and immediately jumped the S3 from pins 1 to 4, 2 to 3 but the problem remained the same, thank you -

The TV does not turn on, the standby indicator is on. All voltages are present.
Emms is dead. Not readable, not detected.
Replaced emmc.
But with another dump there is no launch

one of our new (only 4 year old) 1KVA APC UPS stop working and through error P13 contact customer support.
the equipment is out of warranty , upon investigation, we found the inverter board has the fault on the output hybrid relay circuit.
The inverter output relay is parallel by SCR/Triac to enhance the relay performance or other means.
We replaced the SCR with new device,, but the device is not power on as expected.
Further research on the issue found that, the error P13 (event ID 107) is latched on the UPS nvram/MCU and need to clear/reset using a service procedure....09-26-2025, 09:00 AM
