1st boot, press F2, write service tag, disable Absolute, save (Apply changes), restart. 2nd boot press Alt+F to exit manufacturing mode.

Want to help a friend to unlock a Latitude 5521 and ask him to send me the main bios file.
Unlocked without any problem but...
I dind't notice that the file was corrupt until he tell me that the laptop is not working with the patched file.

MEA gives me this errors:

Error: CSE Redundancy check failed, Boot 1 != Boot 2!
Error: Detected CSE Extension 0x16 with wrong Partition Hash at FTPR > FTPR.man!

I have tried many bios files from this thread but I'm stuck in same problems as cristiannec in this thread, some bios file keeps restarting every 2-3 second, some has Dell logo with fan at max rev but nothing else happens...
I think the only way to make it work is to repair the original bios file wich is attached.
Of course I tried new bios and ME region but not worked...
Maybe someone mor experienced could make a working bios.

Sadly didn't work either...Good idea to keep EF4019 in VSCC table because I change the chip to a Winbond after 3-4 failed attempts thinking maybe the GD chip is bad somehow...
Still the same behavior...at power on, the KB leds and the power button led lights up then after a couple of seconds the power button led turns off and the front led begins blinking 3 orange and 6 white, fan at max rev with no picture/backlight...consumption about 1.7 Amps.
When I get a logo displayed then consumption stays at 0.10 - 0.11 Amps...

Hello everyone, please help me. My laptop Dell Latitude 5521 with my BIOS it does not turn on, the charge indicator lights up yellow and that's it. There is no start. I tried other BIOS with the form, there is a reaction to the button but no image. Please help!
