Hello everyone, please help me. My laptop Dell Latitude 5521 with my BIOS it does not turn on, the charge indicator lights up yellow and that's it. There is no start. I tried other BIOS with the form, there is a reaction to the button but no image. Please help!

The service tag is erased. I can't confirm the file is the original, but the IC doesn't appear to have been tampered with on the motherboard.
