Surface Pro 5 damaged BIOS

Please can someone take a look at this dump that I extracted from a Surface Pro 5 that doesn't start.
It seems that the bios chip has some problem because I put other bios IC from a working surface Pro 5 and is starting but touch not working.
I try to flash the original IC with a dump that I read from the good one and cleaned the Me, but it seems it doesn't start.

Problem solved. Replaced ME region in the good dump with ME region from original dump.
Now touchscreen work again.

Surface 5 pro ME Clean

Hello,
I have a problem trying to clean ME of a surface 5 pro 1796 because of a non working touchscreen
Intel FIT gives me an error
Error 10: Failed to open with processed commands.
Unable to open file

I am using the latest version.

Dump opens in ME Analyzer.

Can someone check if the dump is OK and help me clean ME

When i try to open the dump in Intel FIT it gives me an error
Error 10: Failed to open with processed commands.

Dont know if it is FIT problem, or something wrong with the dump.

And the Asset tag ic none, and version of touch firmware 0.0.0.0.0.0.0

Which version of Flash image tool did you use to open the dump.
I cant get it to open anywhere

hello friends
this is a surface pro 5 1796 that the touch screen not working after update os
the first time the machine boots to windows touchscreen works
after you press the power button and machine goes to standby the next time you press power button and touchscreen doesnt work anymore
this is my original dump
i have tried all the ways i could to clear me but none of them worked and touch didnt work
please help me friends

i tried to do that method but i didnt succeed
when i drop my original dump in fit tool ish supported is yes and ish powerupstate is enabled
as soon as i load clean me from repository ish supported becomes no and ish powerupstate becomes disabled
i tried to change them but when i start the build fit gives back errors

Error 32: [FitActions] Unable to load ISH image. Image appears to be an Intel image but the Integrated Sensor Hub Signing Policy is set to OEM only.
Error 5: [CsmeBinaryGen] Error executing pre-build actions.
Error 15: Failed to build.
Failed to build!

i tried to change ish input file into my original dump but again it gives another error

i changed the ishsigningpolicy from oem to intel and the process completed but didnt work on machine

there is surface pro 5 (1807)
MB : M1011229-019 REV 4.3

when i power it on , display logo for 3 second and power off.

I know that the problem is with the BIOS file, because when I programmed this BIOS (https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...highlight=1807)

,the problem was solved, but it does not boot and the touch does not work.
Can anyone fix the original bios I attached?

I have this SP5 that starts for 2 seconds and then shut down. Checked everything and seems perfect. I think it is a bois fault. Can someone help me?
Flashin a good random bin file from another Surface it starts to UEFI but the touch has no firmware and does not work

The device's charging port was faulty, the charging port was replaced, all functions work fine, only the device's sensor stopped working.
Tried win again, still the same. Need people to help .
