Your file size should be 8MB not 1MB!

According to your Serial Number, your device should contains 2 Bios Chips (8MB +16MB).
I will attach a Virgin Bios from Lenovo, but you need to backup your Chips before program them.
Note: this Bios doesn't contain your DMI data.

Hi friends, could you help me? I have the same IdeaPad 5 laptop. I downloaded the file that contains two bin files, but I don't know which ones are the BIOS. On my mainboard, I see three BIOSes, but I don't know which two need to be read and written. Please help. Thanks in advance.

thankyou very mucho, but no work Hi friend, I have already flashed both BIOS, but it remains the same, the power LED lights up, stays on for a few seconds, turns off and turns back on,,, I flashed it with a BIOS programmer and tweezers to read the chip without unsoldering,,, do you think it is better to program it by unsoldering the BIOS chip and then re-soldering it?

The bios chip must be unsoldered from the board before writing or reading..
do not use the clip, you may have errors..if you do not have anything to unsolder it with,
solder wires between the programmer and the bios chip..

you need an SPI programmer...here is a video for example..https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWWi...l=ThisIsHow

Hello friend, good day, I unsoldered and flashed the 2 BIOS, but the laptop still doesn't turn on, only the power LED, the small BIOS UB2, is it also necessary to flash it?

                                          Model: Lenovo IdeaPad 3 14ADA05 81W0
                                          S/N: PF2BZS7D

I was having issues with this particular laptop where the NVME SSD would disappear and would not detect unless I took it out and reconnected it, then it would detect for only for a minute then disappear from BIOS. I figured updating the BIOS was worth a try so I booted into my HBCD USB and downloaded the latest BIOS file for that exact model. I ran the executable and everything went smooth, it beeped and then when it restarted, now it won't post, just black screen with fan spinning.
