Hi. Can someone help me, please?
This laptop stops turning on after a Windows update.

So, my first guess is BIOS firmware corrupted.
I bought the firmware from elsewhere and flashed it and still same results.
I don't know if I need to add the serial number to the new bios firmware or if it should work as expected.

The laptop has a led power light for 5 secs and goes off.
How can I add the serial number to the new firmware and clean me?

Inside the attachment has the dump original file and the new one.

Power LED turns on for 5 sec and goes off

I found a short on the board and blown SMD resistor.
