    Quanta DA0G7BMB6D1 resistor values

    Good time of the day.
Have mentioned motherboard which stayed with liquin on for a time. A group of resistors under SIO is damaged with no possibility to measure them. If someone have this motherboard, please help to identify values of resisters marked 1 - 8 on attached picture.
All these esistors located under SIO.
    Thanks in advance!

        Re: Quanta DA0G7BMB6D1 resistor values

Seems some resistors which are strapping of SIO correspond to this schematics.
According to it, 1=33k, 5,6=10k 7,8=4.7k. Identity of rest of resistors stay unknown.
Liquid damaged only these resistors, all power sources unaffected, seems thah CPU is alive. Would be good to identify rest of resistors.
Currently board runs LDO 3V, no reaction to power button.

Different (lower) resistor values on PCB?
          by Kobok
          Dear Alls,
For sure it id a stupid question, but help me to understand. I am in a Dell 2007WFP revitalizing project - searching reason why not starting. Some resistors needed to replaced is is obvious. When I have soldered some resistors the measured (with multimeter) values were sometimes rather different written on them. I supposed these are wrong units so I desoldered and made a checking measurement and voilá the values is the same is written on. This happens only in case of a few resistors, most have the same values (+/- 10%) are written on it. "strange" SMD resistors =>103...

Dell 2209WA - power supply - Fusible Resistor replacement
          by jinu_j
          Hi

I am trying to repair an ancient Dell 2209WA Monitor which suddenly shut off with a pop sound. On investigation found that one of the fusible resistors had blown. Further investigation identified multiple components as faulty because of which the fusible resistor blew. Please refer the attached circuit diagram showing the components that were found to be damaged.

          1. FR950 - blown fusible resistor - 0.2 Ohm 1W
          2. Q950 - shorted Q950 MOSFET - 650V 10A N Channel Mosfet
          3. R835 - Blown Resistor - 20KOhm SMD resistor
          4. D930 - Shorted Schottkey Diode...

HP EliteBook 845 G8 (need resistor values by EC chip please)
          by chronic519
Hello, I have an EliteBook 845 G8 motherboard sitting here. Customer knocked of 2 resistors by the EC chip. I cannot find schematics, board view or anything related to ID these 2 resistors.
If someone has this board, could you please tell me the values of these 2 resistors?
I hate to see this board be unusable due to something so minor....

          Thanks...

Calculating resistor values in parallel with Caps
          by Crystaleyes
          Hi all.

I recently picked up a dead car amplifier from the flea market, with the intention of learning some more in the area of audio repair.

It has a stereo output with an added mono woofer output. The stereo channels are on one board, whilst the woofer section is on a separate board. There are also three large (ish) transformers.

Apart from the fact that it was seriously dirty inside, it seems to be essentially complete with the only clearly damaged component being a toasted 1/4 watt resistor on the woofer board and it is this which I am wondering...
