Hello I have 13269-1 Mother board Rev A00
Power Switch 2.5v When pressing goes to 0v
Voltage at the dc plug 19.65 v
pc4517 - 3.38v , pc4518 - 5.2v voltage jumps in pc4518 5.20v-5.19v

What else should i check
