Asus GT531GT VCORE high side mosfet pad burnt

So I have this Asus GT531GT whose pad is burnt and it shows short to ground 0.8 even after removing all the connected mosfets and capacitors.

Image attached . The mosfet where the pad is burnt is PQH8102

0.8 Ohms at Vcore is very likely normal for this board.

It's on the high side ( Connected to AC_BAT+ 19V rail though jumper) I have removed all the capacitors on this line and also all the mosfets just to rule out any leaking components and the remove the solder joints of the jumper.
