I have hp gaming board DAG3JBMB8D0 the problem is when i press power button dc jack light blinks 3 times white. It has bq738 charging ic i found acdet 2.1v after changing resistor the voltage is 2.8v but same problem. Acok is 3.2v and the board has 3v and 5v.

Where to check ad id can't find schematic of this model on dc jack i have 19v, brown pin has 0.50 v, and yellow and white pin have 5 v each. Please help how to trace this problem.Comment

AD_ID is brwon pin. Its likely ok at 0.5V but cant be confirmed without schematic.Comment

It means low power adapter, check your charging ic requirement.

- Issue:
Notebook blinks 5 times on power-up and does not boot.
Actions Taken:- Tried multiple reset key combinations: V, B, Win, Win+V, Win+B.
- Removed and inspected all components on the mainboard (Part No. DA0X8JMB8E0).
- Replaced the RTC battery (CR2016W).
- Swapped in a different RAM module.
- Checked the BIOS chip (Winbond 25Q128JVSQ):
- Measured Vcc = 3V
- /CS signal stays high after power-on (no activity).

I am sitting with a very similar issue.
Basically, had a probook that worked, gave it to someone, they returned it DOA. what the heck happened, I have no idea.
Caps and num lock blink 4 times, as per HP, thats a board failure. I am very new to this, so perhaps I should be posting a new thread?
Anyway, I resoldered the bios chip on after trying EVERYTHING else including reseating ram, cpu etc.
Multimeter shows 19.5V on power, so I presume thats correct. Fan spins, no display. No post. Bios chip looks good from what I can tell just not sure how... -

I have this tv that works for about 15 to 20 minutes and then turns off, leaving the led to blink 8 times, this via HDMI, because I can't get into the tuning menu, it says Function unavailable.
Through the manual, I was able to verify that it could be a software problem, but unfortunately the tv already has the latest software and that's why it won't let me update.
Does anyone know of a way to reinstall the software? -
I recently got my hands on a 60" Panasonic P60ZT60 plasma tv (european model) that has some strange issues along with an 8 blink code.
It know this tv is getting old but it was once considered one of the best plasmas ever made, and i think it is still holds on to that even by todays standards.
So, long story short. When i first got the tv it had a very bright washed out picture with very raised blacks in all picture modes and i couldn't find the cause in the picture setting menus.

I write this to maybe help another with this TV.
So I aquired this TV a 2023 model. It started the 2 blink reboot problem which indicates bad panel. It was still under warranty and the repair man came by.
The Samsung repairman brought a brand new panel and switched my original boards to the new panel. The new panel then had the 2 blink error code. The repair guy said he has seen this and the MAIN board on this model will cause the 2 blink. He then replaced the main/power board (they are both connected) and put it back onto my original panel. Voila it worked.
