MacBook Air 13" 2015 A1466 EMC 2529 Wont turn on

Im working on a 820-00165. Its reach PM_SLP_S5_L and its pulsing two times than nothing. After that PP3V3_S4 stays at 0.3V. With SMC bypass the fan spinning for two short times than nothing. It was in another shop (yaay) the original problem was liquid damage around U6100, U7400, U7600, Q8150 and U1950. I replaced everything to be sure its not screwed up from another shop. Even replaced U6100 too to a known good clean one. I created a jumper from R8185 pin 2 to R8167 pin 1. (It was a broken trace) I didn't find any short to gnd on lower levels (S4 - S0) Also replaced U5000, cos they worked on it too. I was not sure if its ok.
Any idea? Usually i think its a pch problem (where pp3v3_s4 stays at crazy V), but i'd like to be sure.
