DA0BLQMB6E0 REV E Cannot start or powered with ram installed

Having a hardtime beacuse no schematic is available for this modem if ram is present laptop will power for a second then off. But without ram isntalled it will run the system at 200miliamp , Ive check the ram supply resistance its not shorted checking the voltage reading has 1.3v stable..

What can it might be the closes problem?
I also tried a new ram and different slot

ALL BASIC POWER RAILS IS PRESENT without the ram.

SIO is very likely bad . Not sure about this case but in lenovo this happens when sio goes bad.

Samsung UN39EH5003FXZA won't stay powered off
        by Hannibal_Hector
        Hello,

Purchased a broken Samsung UN39EH5003FXZA (Version CD01) to have fun fixing. When I first acquired it, I did not connect any video signals and only plugged it into the wall. The unit booted and showed the “no signal” window and I could navigate all menus and change sources. I unplugged it, connected my over-the-air antenna to the coax, powered it on, got the unit to scan the HDTV channels, and I think then the TV self-shutdown with the melody. When I powered back up (melody), it would show the channel selected on the OSD and after a couple of seconds, it self-shutdown...

        A1990 820-01814A U1200 very hot when powered up, USB drawing > 4A
        by abajor
I have this machine. It powers up and gets fan spin, will even shut down when I hold the power button.
U1200 gets very hot under thermal camera, the next hottest region is UB000 and L7030. I'm assuming L7030 is warm due to charging.

Do I have a potential dead CPU? or just a dead U1200? Not sure what to check since everything is powered up.

Hello Everyone! I have a Yamaha powered speaker DXR15. The problem was the RED LED Fault indicator is steady on when I power the speaker. I did open the module and I don't see any burnt component. I Downloaded the Schematic but I don't know where to start the diagnostic. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also attached the schematic here...

Yamaha MSR400 - Powered PA Speaker
        by sukaht
        Hello everyone.
I need help with my Yamaha MSR400 - Powered PA Speaker that I bought it used recently.

It is power on, and sounding good / working perfectly fine. However after 3 - 5 minutes, the heatsink is starting to get warm, and it smells burning a little bit.
I did tried multiple times on different day, event the speaker is not playing any song (input does not connect to any source, and the volume level is zero), after it turns ON, 5 minutes later, the heatsink is starting to get warm, and it smells burning a little bit. I am afraid keeping it ON longer than 5 minutes...

        IMPIP-M5 can't be powered on
        by mihai_mgd
I have a such device from a friend, but it can't be powered on.
I investigate it and I have some conclusions, please help me to fix it:
        a) the voltage on Q9350 (page 47 from IMPIP - M5, schematic) has wrong values:
        +19V S=Source Pin 1-2-3 - this is OK
+8.4V D=Drain pin 5-6-7-8 - this is not OK, must be about 19V
        +5.3V G=Gate Pin4 - this is not OK, must be about 19V
        b) the PC starts if I connect directly Q9350's S and D:
        - CPU and GPU fans start
        - power button works
        - I haven't seen yet any image on the screen
        c) with b), if...
