Yamaha MSR400 - Powered PA Speaker
Hello everyone.
I need help with my Yamaha MSR400 - Powered PA Speaker that I bought it used recently.
It is power on, and sounding good / working perfectly fine. However after 3 - 5 minutes, the heatsink is starting to get warm, and it smells burning a little bit.
I did tried multiple times on different day, event the speaker is not playing any song (input does not connect to any source, and the volume level is zero), after it turns ON, 5 minutes later, the heatsink is starting to get warm, and it smells burning a little bit. I am afraid keeping it ON longer than 5 minutes...

Re: Vizio P652ui-B2
Hello,
I am new here, and need advice from all the expert here.
I just picked up the same TV P652ui-B2, the owner said it was working until a week ago, no picture and no back light. When I tested, the power supply's relay making clicking sound 2x (like failing to stay on). And this relay clicking keeps doing it every 20 seconds.
Is this mean I have a bad main board, if yes which component need to be replaced?
The mainboard seems to be so expensive, however there are a few people on Ebay can fix the mainboard, so do you know what part...

Re: Panasonic TX-P50GT30 ( Panel , Board or bad connection? )
Moreno83, which mainboard that you replace? is it the one with HDMI/Component connector?
I have similar issue with LG plasma 60PS60. This unit is divided by 3 section X buffer on the bottom (Left, Center, and Right) and problem is the whole Center X section become black.
I don't believe i got bad panel since not just 1 vertical line like in your sample picture.
I replaced X Center board did not fix the problem, and hoping I can replace the mainboard. So please tell me which mainboard...

Re: LG 60PB6650 - Black Vertical Bar
I have the same vertical line but different than yours, see this thread https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=41450
When I connect 1 flex wire it make the whole section of middle X Center buffer become black.
I am also hopeless, But Before I give up the panel to recycling I order X Center buffer just to try. I will let you know next week.Re: LG 60PB6650 - Black Vertical Bar...?t=41450

Re: Would an LG plasma 60PS60 operate with a bad buffer?
To satisfy my curiosity since i cant find any burn/fried on that COF ribbon wire, I ordered X Center Buffer board (part#EBR51552301) for $21, and hope for the best.
Probability is 1% but still worth to try. If not I can still sell the parts.

Re: Would an LG plasma 60PS60 operate with a bad buffer?
the COF ribbon looks OK, no burn sign or crack ribbon.
I still believe either the buffer X board in the middle or logic board is causing no picture in the middle and since the vertical lines is divided by 3 sections (left, center, and right) and each section is connected to the logic board.
What do you think? Should I replace the bottom X center buffer board ($22 on eBay) or the logic board ($25 on eBay)
Please help me.

Re: Would an LG plasma 60PS60 operate with a bad buffer?
Thank you for your response mmartell.
That's what i am afraid of if COF for that ribbon is fried. But i am still hopping it is not fried.
How do I check the COF ribbon wire is not working anymore?
Can i connect this ribbon wire to the connector next to it? (see the picture below). My plan is to disconnect all the ribbon wires on the bottom, and then shifting the buffer board to the left (the white flex wire from the logic board is long enough for shifting the board to the left).

Re: LG 60 Plasma 60PA6550 white'ish screen & shut down
Sorry i can't start a new thread as new member.
I purchased a broken plasma TV LG 60PS60, it has a 2 inches vertical line.
When i opened the TV, i found a flex ribbon wire on the bottom of the TV under the vertical line WAS DISCONNECTED (I think this TV has been brought to the repair place and they disconnected this line)
See Image #1, #2, #3 when the flex wire is DISCONNECTED from buffer board. The 2 inches vertical line is not solid black (it has little green, white, black dots)
