After the unit goes to sleep, can you see anything on the LCD with a flashlight?

Is the unit really asleep or just the display goes dark ?

          shut down when logo start
Is this the HP or Windows operating system logo ?

If HP, that is the first power on logo ? Try different RAM on the logic board and see this fixes the issue.

If it is Windows logo, remove the SSD / HD and see if the system boots up everytime for the BIOS setup. Do this 5-10 times to confirm.

Any issues with the keyboard / keys being stuck ?

Are there schematics for this logic board ?

What are the markings on the white silk screen on the board ? You can post pics for a review.

              Suggestions are:

Remove all power. No battery. Meter in resistance mode. Check the resistance to ground of each coil (likely grey in color). Checking for any very low resistance readings.

I do not have a schematic or board file

I usually let it go to sleep every time I use it because it is nearly always plugged in, with occasional shutdowns to reset things. Then it started to hard crash every time it tried to come out of sleep. The lights would come on for half a second but before anything shows on the screen they would all shut off and it would boot up as if I had shut it down completely (except that windows knows it didn't), and when it comes back on the fan ramps up to full and stays there perpetually...

Lenovo Flex 5 14ITL05 - will only sleep if commanded to through start menu>power icon
                  by survivalbloke
This laptop refuses to sleep unless specifically commanded to sleep through Windows. If I close the lid, the screen does go dark just before the lid is closed, so it appears the hall sensor works. However, it will sit there, drawing 1.xx amps until the battery dies. If I command it to sleep, it drops down to normal sleeping current. If I have it sleeping with lid closed and I disconnect the power adapter, it will wake from sleep, even with the lid closed. I have updated the firmware, but still the fault persists. I've also verified power settings in Windows that the device is to sleep when the...

LG OLED C1 Pixel Cleaning Made Picture Worse
                  by rumi409
                   Hi,

I'm trying to resurrect a LG OLED C1 TV that has some panel banding. I used the TCON error bypass to get a picture. I was able to update the firmware as well. But when I performed a pixel cleaning to try to get the banding out, it made the image significantly worse. I tried to undo the effects of the pixel cleaning by performing a factory reset and IN_Stop, but that didn't work. Any way to reset pixel cleaning data?...

                  HP 450 G1 Boot ask F1 continue F10 bios
                  by Thermaltake
Hi, I got HP 450 G1 with boot problem always asking F1 continue F10 bios. I had bad battery on it and replace it with new one because it was giving me error 601. I was thinking that this F1 continue F10 BIOS has to do something with my bad battery, but when I replace it I was not having error 601 anymore but that message on boot with F1 continue F10 BIOS is still here. I tried to replace CMOS battery and reset bios, nothing. I tried to flash new BIOS but it already have latest one and I even tried to overwrite it, still same. Don't know what to do anymore. Does someone have any clue what this...
